Points of Identification:

1) Mucosa is thrown into longitudinal folds called rugae.

2) Simple tall columnar epithelium

3) Lamina propria of mucosa has glands which packs this layer.

4) Muscularis externa has three layers of smooth muscle, inner oblique, middle circular and outer longitudinal.
