2. Three layers can be seen; mucosa, muscularis and adventitia/serosa.
3. Lined by transitional epithelium.

Points of Identification:
1. Three layers can be seen; mucosa, muscularis and serosa/adventitia.
2. Transitional epithelium present.
3. Three muscle layers; inner longitudinal, middle circular, and outer longitudinal
